Before you start
- 1Admin access in your CRM.
- You need to be able to make a private app (HubSpot), a private integration (GoHighLevel) or see your API token (Pipedrive).
Connect it
HubSpot
- In BABAV, open Connections and find the CRM card. Pick HubSpot.
- Open HubSpot and go to Settings → Integrations → Private Apps.
- Tap Create a private app and name it BABAV.
- Under Scopes, tick crm.objects.contacts.read and crm.objects.contacts.write.
- Tap Create app, then copy the access token (it starts with pat-) and paste it in BABAV.
Pipedrive
- In BABAV, open Connections and find the CRM card. Pick Pipedrive.
- Open Pipedrive → Personal preferences → API.
- Copy your personal API token and paste it in BABAV.
GoHighLevel
- In BABAV, open Connections and find the CRM card. Pick GoHighLevel.
- Open GoHighLevel and copy the link from your browser’s address bar. Paste it in Location ID — BABAV finds the ID in it.
- Tap Open Private Integrations (it appears once the ID is in), then Create new integration.
- Name it BABAV and tick View Contacts and Edit Contacts.
- Tap Create, copy the token (you only see it once) and paste it in Token.
Settings to check in CRM
Disconnect
New leads and contacts stop going to your CRM. You can connect it again any time.
Did it work?
- ✓New leads show up as contacts in your CRM.
Fix a problem
- BABAV’s access to your CRM ran out or was removed.
- Tap Reconnect → on the card and sign in again. You do not need to disconnect first.
