Before you start

  1. A Trello board for your leads.
    • BABAV only adds and moves its own cards — nothing else on your boards.
  2. Use a normal web browser, like Safari or Chrome.
    • Connecting does not work inside the Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Gmail apps’ built-in browser.

Connect it

  1. In BABAV, open Connections and find the Trello card.
  2. Tap Connect Trello.
  3. Sign in to Trello if asked, then tap Allow.
  4. Back in BABAV, pick the board and list for new leads.

What it can do

  • Turns every new lead into a card on the board and list you pick.
  • Can move the card when the lead moves (booked, won, lost).

Did it work?

  • You see “Trello connected — pick a board and list below”.
  • After saving: “Saved — new leads will be added to” your list.

Fix a problem

  1. Tap Connect Trello again and tap Allow.

  1. Make or reopen a board in Trello, then pick it on the Trello card.

  1. Wait a moment and pick the board again.

  1. You opened BABAV inside another app, like Instagram, Facebook or Gmail. Google and Meta block connecting there.
  2. Tap the ••• menu and choose Open in browser. Or copy app.babav.co/dashboard#connections into Safari or Chrome.
  3. Log in and tap Connect → again.
