Before you start
- 1Know which Google account holds your work calendar.
- 2Use a normal web browser, like Safari or Chrome.
- Connecting does not work inside the Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Gmail apps’ built-in browser.
Connect it
- In BABAV, open Connections. Find the Google Calendar card (under Tools & scheduling). Tap Connect →.
- Google shows Choose an account. Pick the account with your calendar.
- Google may say Google hasn’t verified this app. Tap Advanced, then the link to continue to BABAV.
- Google lists what BABAV wants to do, with tick boxes. Tick both calendar boxes. Tap Continue.
- You come back to BABAV and see “Connected Calendar!”.
Did it work?
- ✓The Booking card says Connected and shows Manage booking →.
Fix a problem
- A calendar box was left unticked. Tap Connect → again and tick every box.
- Without that box BABAV cannot see when you are free, so it cannot offer times.
- Tap Connect → on the Booking card again. Tick both calendar boxes, then tap Continue.
- Most of the time this means Cancel or Don’t allow was tapped on the Google screen, or a box was left unticked.
- Tap Connect → again. Tick every box, then tap the button that allows access.
- Seeing it again after that? Email support@babav.co with a screenshot.
- You opened BABAV inside another app, like Instagram, Facebook or Gmail. Google and Meta block connecting there.
- Tap the ••• menu and choose Open in browser. Or copy app.babav.co/dashboard#connections into Safari or Chrome.
- Log in and tap Connect → again.
