Before you start
- 1A Slack workspace you can add apps to.
- 2Use a normal web browser, like Safari or Chrome.
- Connecting does not work inside the Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Gmail apps’ built-in browser.
Connect it
- In BABAV, open Connections and find the Slack card.
- Tap Add to Slack.
- Pick your workspace, then tap Allow.
- Back in BABAV, pick the Slack channel for alerts.

What it can do
- Posts new leads, bookings and replies waiting for your OK to a Slack channel.
- Lets you approve those replies right in Slack.
- @mention BABAV in Slack for a quick status.
Did it work?
- ✓You see “Slack connected — pick a Slack channel below”.
- ✓After you pick a channel: “Slack saved”.
Fix a problem
- Slack is connected but no channel is chosen yet.
- Pick a Slack channel on the Slack card.
- Try Add to Slack again.
- You opened BABAV inside another app, like Instagram, Facebook or Gmail. Google and Meta block connecting there.
- Tap the ••• menu and choose Open in browser. Or copy app.babav.co/dashboard#connections into Safari or Chrome.
- Log in and tap Connect → again.
- BABAV’s access to Slack ran out or was removed.
- Tap Reconnect → on the card and sign in again. You do not need to disconnect first.
