Connect Microsoft Teams
BABAV posts new leads and new bookings to a Teams channel and tells you when a reply is waiting for your OK.

Before you start
- 1A Teams channel for the alerts.
- You need to be able to add a workflow to it.
Connect it
- In BABAV, open Connections and find the Microsoft Teams card.
- In Teams, open the Teams channel where you want alerts.
- Tap ••• next to the Teams channel name, then Workflows.
- Pick Send webhook alerts to a channel, then tap Next and Add workflow.
- Copy the link it shows and paste it on the Teams card in BABAV.

What it can do
- Posts new leads and new bookings to a Teams channel.
- Tells you when a reply is waiting for your OK.
- Warns you if a connection stops working, plus an optional daily summary.
Did it work?
- ✓New leads and bookings start showing in that Teams channel.
Fix a problem
- BABAV’s access to Teams ran out or was removed.
- Tap Reconnect → on the card and sign in again. You do not need to disconnect first.
