Fix a problem
- Until TikTok approves BABAV, your TikTok account must be private. Switch it (see “Before you start”).
- Try the post again.
- Most of the time this means Cancel or Don’t allow was tapped on the TikTok screen, or a box was left unticked.
- Tap Connect → again. Tick every box, then tap the button that allows access.
- Seeing it again after that? Email support@babav.co with a screenshot.
- BABAV’s access to TikTok ran out or was removed.
- Tap Reconnect → on the card and sign in again. You do not need to disconnect first.
- You opened BABAV inside another app, like Instagram, Facebook or Gmail. Google and Meta block connecting there.
- Tap the ••• menu and choose Open in browser. Or copy app.babav.co/dashboard#connections into Safari or Chrome.
- Log in and tap Connect → again.
